We had a damp patch spreading on the back bedroom ceiling. Mark came round, went up and found two cracked tiles and some tired flashing by the chimney. Explained it all with photos, fixed it the following week and left the garden tidier than it was.

I was half expecting to be told we needed a whole new roof. Mark had a proper look and said the roof had plenty of years left, it just needed the ridge repointing. Honest, polite and turned up exactly when promised.

Our garage flat roof had been leaking for months. Mark talked me through the options without any fuss, the new roof went on in a day and everything was swept up and taken away. Would happily book again.
